Separation of Fees: Elite Roof Sites charges a flat agency management fee for our lead generation systems. The client is strictly responsible for funding their own ad accounts (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) directly. Elite Roof Sites does not collect or hold client ad spend.
The 'No-Risk' Guarantee: We offer a performance-based guarantee. If we fail to deliver exclusive homeowner leads within the first 30 days of the campaign going live, we will waive our agency management fee and work for free until leads are generated. The client remains responsible for their ad spend during this period.
No Lock-In Contracts: We operate on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel their management retainer at any time with a 30-day written notice.
